We are committed to providing personalised support that ensures residents lead active, happy and fulfilled lives. All staff receive specialist dementia training so that they understand the condition, its complexities and how best to support people with dementia.

We really get to know residents and spend time understanding their life story and the things that are important to them, so that we can focus on the things that really matter to them. Every resident has a named key worker who helps them develop their own personalised care plan.

We hold a regular forum with residents, enabling them to voice their views and make suggestions on the day-to-day running of our home. We have strong links with local organisations in the community including schools and local groups to help residents stay connected in the local area.
