Mealtimes represent an important part of the day and a great social occasion. We work to ensure they are as enjoyable as possible, unhurried and relaxed with everyone being given plenty of time to eat and enjoy their meal while chatting and enjoying the company of friends.

At Charlotte Grange we make a point of celebrating birthdays and special occasions, as well as national festivities such as St Andrew’s Day, Mother’s Day and Burns Night.

Our chefs prepare nutritious and delicious meals, which are freshly made in the home each day. We also cater for people who may have specialist dietary needs.

We are committed to providing personalised care and support that encourages everyone who live at Charlotte Grange to lead a full, happy and independent life.

Our colleagues receive specialist training and mentoring to support them in their role and we encourage them to really get to know the people we support, spend time understanding their life story and the things that are important to them, so that we can focus on the things that really matter to them.

Every person we support has a named key worker who works with them to help develop their own personalised care plan.
